Shipping policy
UK Shipping Only
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
We use a simple flat-rate system:
- £2.00 shipping for orders under £20
- Free shipping for orders £20 and over
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the UK. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service. For tracked services, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@barelysensible.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders
We do not currently ship internationally (UK shipping only).
