Shipping policy
UK Shipping Only
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
We use a simple flat-rate system:
- £3.00 delivery for orders under £20
- Free delivery on orders of £20 or more
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Processing Time
All orders are dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
Orders are sent using Royal Mail or a trusted courier service, depending on the size and nature of the order.
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@barelysensible.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
